Certificate of quality of service
The team of restaurant and penzion Kamenec in Jilešovice is pleased to inform you that we festively received the Certificate of quality of service within the project of Perspective business in gastronomy and tourism in MSK.
During the months from 9 till 12/2010 was proceed independet inquiry of special and lay jury in different restaurant and accommodation facilities in Moravskoslezský country. This inquiry was done by University in Opava - faculty of arts and science, Institution of baineology, gastronomy and tourism under the sponsorship of Moravskosl. country. In this inquiry we holt out and got hight number of points and that´s why we got the certification which is valid for years 2011 and 2012.The jury evaluated 53 criterions - for example the placing of workplace, the prices, environs, menu, management of workplace, conversation with customer....
The result from the inquiry pleased us a lot. We hope that we hold the good name in the future and the customers will like to come back to us.
